The Devil has a Plan for the US Election in November 2004

Last week, thanks to revelations brought out by conservative Democrat Robert Byrd, in the course of questioning Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, it became clear that the Reagan-Bush-Bush administrations had indeed vast knowledge regarding biological agents given to the regime of Saddam Hussein in Iraq because as revealed in now declassified documents they ordered the Centers for Disease Control to give Dengue Fever, Gangrene, Botulism, WestNile Virus, Anthrax, Smallpox and other contagions to the Iraqi government in the years 1985 to 1988.

Of the dozens of approved biological materials shipped to Iraq by the CDC and corporate contractors, a 1992 Defense Department report to Congress identified five so-called Class III pathogens as being of particular concern: Bacillus anthracis, the anthrax bacterium whose finely powdered spores killed five people and sickened 17 others in the United States last year in the country's first brush with biological terrorism. Clostridium botulinum, the bacterial source of a toxin that can cause vomiting, fever, partial paralysis and is often fatal. Histoplasma capsulatum, which causes a disease that afflicts the liver and spleen and at least superficially resembles tuberculosis. Brucella melitensis, a bacteria that causes chronic fatigue, nausea and damage to major organs. Clostridium perfringens, a highly toxic bacteria that causes gas gangrene.

All of this information coming to light now provides some insight into the unusual transmission of West Nile virus now (2002) being spread across the country as well as the concurring rush to push a nationwide smallpox inoculation program onto the entire US population. Makes one think that the government is withholding information again just as they did during the months leading up to the September 11 attacks. The same gatekeepers inside the administration which viewed the coming September 11 attacks as a "Consensus Builder" for global hedgemony and petroleum empire building are at it again. The sharpshooting incidents in Maryland this past week seem to be another one of their web of fear-based consensus building. Who is willing to bet against the theory that the sharpshooter won't be caught; just as the anthrax sender wasn't caught; just as Osama Bin Laden wasn't caught; etc. because they are tools of a much more deeply hidden secret agenda which is based right here in the USA.

The prediction is that this contagion episode will continue to grow in order to spread more fear and apprehension in the incubator of a population which has given up on meaningful representative government. In 2003 there will be small orchestrated outbreaks of disease which will convince the population to innoculate. Then there will be physical reactions to the innoculations on racial lines which will make some groups apprehensive about being innoculated. Can you guess who those groups might be? There will be warnings by the government that those who do not get vaccinated will be quarantined (as was recently confirmed by CDC spokespersons last month). Once these sections of the population (uninfected but not innoculated) are separated from the larger population into camps they will be infected intentionally in much the same manner as the indigenous people were put onto reservations and then given blankets infected with typhoid at the end of the 19th century.

By the time the election in November 2004 rolls around these planetary stations will be in effect:

Obeying a force with reluctance. Losses or death through explosions, through violence. Sudden storm. Thunderstorms with damages.

The effect upon the election? Urban minority populations will be eliminated from the electoral process and the war wagon will roll on.
